In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, broccoli, oil, and paprika. Mix well, then pour onto a sheet pan in a single layer. Scatter the chorizo over the potatoes. Remove from the oven and stir in the olives, parsley, and oregano.

  4. Wait for 40-45 min. eat with a side of salad or rice.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. I make this in a baked version. I cut up potatoes and slice the chorizo as well as some sweet sausage.
